Your rights

We respect and value all our clients and the community who use our services

You have the right to safe, quality services that respect your needs. This means you can:

  • Ask our staff to explain if you don’t understand 
  • Ask questions when you want more information.
  • Bring someone to support you at your appointment.
  • Ask for an interpreter – interpreter services are free and are arranged by Holstep Health.

It also means we will:

  • Respect your culture, identity, beliefs, and choices.
  • Give clear information that you understand
  • Work with you to make sure that the service you’re using support you and meet your goals.
  • Help you connect with other services if you need them.

To help us provide the best possible care, we ask that you:

  • Try to arrive on time for appointments
  • Let us know when you need to cancel
  • Be respectful to our staff and other consumers
  • Share information that helps us understand how we can help you.
  • Follow what your staff ask you to do.
