Banyule Breast Cancer Support Group
You don’t have to face breast cancer alone. Join our friendly and supportive group at Holstep Health, where women can share experiences, ask questions, and find understanding in a safe, caring space.

A support group for women affected by breast cancer.
What do I need to do?
Four times per year:
1st Monday of the month in February, May, and August
2nd Monday of the month in November

Banyule Men’s Shed
Banyule Men’s Shed is a friendly space where you can connect with others, share skills and work on different projects. Whether you’re hands-on or just want to get out of the house, everyone is welcome.

Buna Community Garden
At the Buna Reserve Community we bring people together to communally grow fresh food that can be shared and distributed with the community and to provide a space for local community to connect and learn. Everyone is welcome. Whether you’re an experienced gardener or just getting started, you’re invited to come along and enjoy growing your own produce and meeting new people.

Community Choir
Singing is fun and great for your physical and mental health. Plus, you will also meet new friends. The Keynote Singers are our community choir and everyone is welcome. We regularly perform at Holstep Health events. No previous experience is required. Just come and sing!

Djilak-Djirri playgroup
You’re invited to join our play group for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander babies, toddlers, preschoolers and their parents and guardians. Just come along and join in the fun. A healthy and delicious morning tea is provided!

The women of West Heidelberg are a wonderful social group of women with links to the West Heidelberg community. Participants are mostly local ladies who like to get together to socialise and take part in a range of fun, creative activities and fundraising initiatives.
