Helping families build healthy eating and mealtime habits
Our dietitians support children to eat well for healthy growth, development and wellbeing. We provide practical, family-centred advice to help kids build a positive relationship with food and healthy eating habits – including any cultural or religious requirements.
Our goal is to help you enjoy healthy food, feel good about mealtimes, and create habits that will promote lifelong health and wellbeing.
We offer one-to-one sessions to support families with:
- healthy eating for babies and children, including how much and what types of food to offer
- picky eating and fussy feeding
- encouraging a varied diet
- food allergies and intolerances
- eating to support good mental health
- nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding
- meal planning, food shopping and ideas for low-cost, healthy meals.
