About our services

Many of our services are offered at a reduced cost for people with greater health, financial, or social needs.

From 1 July 2026, the government has new guidelines for who can access Allied Health services and the fees that will apply. This applies to people who are funded through the Community Health Program (CHP) and Home and Community Care Program for Younger People (HACC PYP). Please speak to us if you are unsure.

The new guidelines are not based on income. Low fees are based on having an eligible concession card and Medium fees are based on being part of a priority group.

We will inform you of your fees when you are referred to or first receive a service. If you are no longer eligible for Low or Medium fees, costs will be discussed with you during the intake process. If you can’t afford the fee, please speak to us.

We also provide services for those over 65 years old at all our metropolitan Melbourne locations. You must be registered with the Commonwealth Government’s My Aged Care to use these services – even if you have a referral from your treating health professional. Contact us if you are unsure.
