Physiotherapy for older people

Support to manage pain, improve movement and stay active

Our physiotherapists can support you to manage a physical condition, move more easily and recover from an injury or surgery. We help people with issues like pain, unsteadiness, stiffness, and loss of mobility.

At your first visit, we’ll assess your condition and talk about what you want to achieve. Then we’ll work with you on a treatment plan that fits your goals, lifestyle and health needs.

We can assist you with:

  • treatment for issues like back and neck pain, arthritis, muscle strains and incontinence
  • prescription of walking aids such as wheeled walkers or sticks
  • home exercise programs or group sessions (including water-based exercise)
  • falls and balance programs to reduce your risk of falling
  • education and advice to help prevent future injury or physical decline.
