ਕੌਣ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬਣ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ?
ਦਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ Holstep Health ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇਗਾ:
- 16 ਸਾਲ ਜਾਂ ਵੱਧ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਹੋਵੋ।
- ਉਸ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ, ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ ਜਿੱਥੇ Holstep Health ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
- ਸੰਵਿਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਹਿਮਤ ਹੋਵੋ ।
