- Purchased leave – up to four additional weeks per year
- Personal leave to help you manage life’s changing circumstances
- A $250 allowance to set up your home office
- Reasonable adjustments to suit your needs
- Favourable long service leave, including recognition of prior service for eligible Victorian health workers.
