About our social groups
To live well as we age, it’s vital to keep active, stay socially connected and take part in enjoyable and meaningful activities.
That’s why Holstep Health offers seniors’ social groups to suit a variety of tastes. You can join activities such as interest-based groups, outings and special events throughout the week.
Whether you want to exercise with others, chat to new friends, tend a garden, or get out and about with people at a similar stage of life – we’ve got you covered.
Don’t see a group that sparks your interest? We’d love to work with you to start one.
