LIFT and HeadtoHealth mental health programs
Get the right support, at the right time, from the right person
LIFT and HeadtoHealth provide flexible mental health support in the community through a stepped-care approach. A stepped-care approach means the level of care you receive is tailored to your needs and can change as your needs change. Both programs are often called the Stepped Care program.
Services are delivered by a team of skilled mental health nurses, psychologists, counsellors, care coordinators, and peer workers with lived experience of mental health challenges. Whether you’re experiencing short-term stress or managing ongoing mental health concerns, our LIFT and HeadtoHealth teams are here to support your recovery and build on your strengths.
When referred to the Stepped Care program, your first session will be with a psychologist, social worker, or mental health nurse. They will talk with you about your concerns and general health to help us understand how best to support you. You only need to share what you’re comfortable with.
