Peer support

Connect, share, and find encouragement on your recovery journey.
Peer support

Connect with others who understand what you’re going through

Our free peer support group for those with drug and alcohol misuse offers a safe space for people in recovery to share life experiences, challenges and encouragement. Whether you’re just starting out or well into your recovery, you’re welcome to join us.

Facilitated by trained Community Health Peer Support Workers with lived experience of substance misuse and long-term recovery, this group offers:

  • a welcoming, non-judgmental space
  • the chance to share your journey or just listen
  • mutual support and encouragement
  • hope and empowerment through shared understanding.

The group meets every Monday from 1pm – 2.30pm. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
