Helping you get your life back on track
If you have challenges with substance use and mental health, our day rehabilitation program can help you make lasting changes. The North East Recovery and Support Program (NeRASP) supports you to take steps toward the life you want to live. This might mean reducing or stopping substance use, improving your mental wellbeing, reconnecting with parenting, or returning to study or work.
We focus on harm reduction, recovery, and helping you build a healthier life. You’ll have access to alcohol and drug clinicians, doctors, counsellors, mental health workers and other health care professionals.
This 8-week program offers:
- group therapy using acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)
- individual counselling and phone coaching
- psychoeducation and peer support
- practical help with housing, health needs, education and employment
- access to withdrawal services before you begin
- 12 months of follow-up to support your continued progress.
