The 2025 Impact Report showcases the collective achievements of Victoria’s registered, independent community health organisations and the growing demand for trusted, local care. Today, this report launched in Parliament.
In the past year, over 674,000 Victorians accessed community health services — an 11% increase. Community health is now the first point of contact for many Victorians, delivering care that is:
- Affordable
- Local
- Personalised
The report includes a Holstep Health case study, alongside key data and services from many other partner organisations that are part of the Community Health First initiative.
