Join us for the Lift the Lid Walk 2026 at Coburg Lake on Sunday 11 October and help raise awareness of mental health in our community.
The Lift the Lid Walk brings people together to walk, talk and help break down the stigma around mental illness. The event also raises much-needed funds for mental health research, helping support research into better treatments and cures.
