Holstep Health is seeking passionate and committed community members to join our new LGBTIQA+ Committee. This Committee will play a vital role in guiding how we deliver safe, inclusive, and responsive services for LGBTIQA+ communities.

As a community health service, our commitment is to ensure that LGBTIQA+ voices are not only heard, but are actively shaping our services and processes, that are acknowledging and affirming of their needs. This committee will bring together people with lived experience and allies to provide advice, share insights, and help us drive meaningful change.
We welcome applications from people who:
- Identify as LGBTIQA+ or are strong allies.
- Bring lived experience and diverse perspectives – including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, culturally and linguistically diverse communities, people with disability, young people, and older community members.
- Are actively engaged in LGBTIQA+ networks or have the ability to represent broader community perspectives.
- Can collaborate respectfully, listen to others, and champion equity and inclusion.
- Have organisational or community influence and the capacity to help drive action and advocacy.
- Are available to attend meetings (4–6 times per year) and contribute to consultations or events.
