Living with dementia can feel overwhelming for you, and for those close to you. It can bring uncertainty, stress, and worry. But you don’t have to face it alone.
Did you know that in 2025 there are an estimated 433,300 Australians living with dementia, and that number is projected to rise to 812,500 by 2054 unless something changes?
Our Memory Loss Support Group, part of Holstep Health’s Social Support Program, is here for people aged 65+ living with dementia, and for their families and carers. We want to help you live well, socially, emotionally, and physically.
With caring, professional staff, our group uses Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) to provide support through:
- Fun and recreational activities
- A variety of engaging programs
- Opportunities to set and meet new goals
- Connections with community and social life
When: Thursdays
Time: 9.30 am – 12.30 pm
