Free, confidential phone support from people who understand
Peer Connection is a telephone support service for people who are struggling with gambling or affected by someone else’s gambling. Support is provided by trained volunteers who have experienced gambling harm themselves and can share their own stories of hope and recovery.
Sometimes, speaking to someone who’s walked the same path can be very helpful, especially if you find it hard to talk to others about it. You can have a call weekly or fortnightly (day or evening) until you no longer need support.
Our Peer Connection volunteers can:
- listen without judgment or expectations
- share personal experiences of gambling harm and recovery
- offer encouragement and strategies for change
- help you feel heard and understood
- connect you with other services if needed.
