We are proud of the passion, dedication, and hard work over the past 12 months. Looking back, it’s truly inspiring to see what has been achieved together in such a short time.
Just one year ago in March, we unveiled our new name and brand, developed with the over 150 community and staff members. Holstep Health reflects our deep commitment to holistic care, supporting your physical, mental, social, legal and financial health and wellbeing.
Our logo embodies our person-centred approach, putting people at the heart of everything we do, with each coloured ‘step’ representing our range of services and supports.
Since 3 March 2025, we have expanded into a workforce of almost 700 people across 10 sites and grown to including three new services:
- Social Security Rights Victoria – supporting workers and the community across the state with Centrelink and social security advice.
- Single Assessment Service – partnering with other organisations to support older adults accessing My Aged Care.
- Neighbourhood Care Team – working with four GP services in the Hume region to coordinate care for patients with chronic conditions.
We are delivering our Strategic Directions, focusing on thriving individuals and families, communities, our workforce, organisation, and sector. This roadmap guides what is important as we continue providing lifelong, community-based care that empowers people, addresses inequality, and helps everyone to thrive.
In June, we celebrated 50 years of community care, honouring the powerful local legacy organisations that built the foundation of Holstep today. Coming together with partners, community members, and our team was an absolute highlight!
We are truly excited to continue this journey with such a compassionate, committed, and outstanding team. Together, we will build on this strong foundation to support healthier, more connected individuals and families.
