At Holstep Health our workforce’s rights, responsibilities and opportunities will never depend on gender.
We know that creating a workplace in which all people are treated equally requires leadership, accountability and a focus on gender equality. While we are proud of our achievements to date, we recognise there is still work to do and we are committed to being transparent about our performance as we strive for a gender equal environment for all.
We have continued to report our gender pay gap and other workplace gender data. Our annual public report has been submitted to WGEA in April and will be published on their site later in the year.
This commitment aligns to our values and our commitment to our dedicated staff.
