Grade 5 and 6 students at Pascoe Vale North Primary School are stepping up this year with our Healthy Schools program, working together with The Human Development Workshop (The Workshop).
In class, students are learning about fairness, respect, human rights, and how to challenge stereotypes. They are practicing skills that help them include others, speak up when something isn’t right, and take action in their everyday lives.
A big part of the new healthy program with local schools is student leadership. After their lessons, students plan and run their own projects to make their school a better place. It’s a hands-on way to build confidence, see the results of their ideas, and make a real difference.
Working with The Workshop helps students grow into confident, respectful leaders who can create positive change in their school and community.
